8 ounces whole-wheat pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 to 6 cloves garlic
1 bunch kale rabe, chopped
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes,
drained of oil or soaked in boiling water if dry, and chopped
½ cup pine nuts, walnuts, or hazelnuts, toasted
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 can tuna
Lemon juice
Parmesan cheese to taste

Cook the pasta according to package directions. While it is cooking, heat the oil and sauté the garlic briefly. Add the kale and sauté until it is bright green and just tender. Add the tomatoes and pine nuts. Mix with the cooked pasta and the parsley and tuna. Squeeze some lemon juice over it, drizzle with more olive oil if desired, and top with grated Parmesan to taste.
