A very easy and impressive appearing and tasting dish from our friend Christine K. Thanks, Christine!
Ingredients:  golden beets with greens, shallots, a little red onion, herbs, no salt seasoning

  1. Slice several golden beets into 1/4 inch rounds and lightly brown in a little olive oil.
  2. Season with some no salt seasoning (herbal).
  3. Top with the greens from the beets.  When all is good and hot, sprinkle about a 1/4 cup or more of water to get that sizzle effect on the greens especially.
  4. Throw in some shallots on top and maybe a bit of red onion.
  5. Cook for about 5 -10 minutes once the greens are thrown in.
  6. Top with some fresh basil (or other herb) and a sprinkling of goat cheese
