I make a smoothie a lot like this … I prep my fruit in advance & then freeze it (then you can skip the ice). I add cinnamon and 1/2 tsp matcha. Blend well in high-powered blender (Vita-mix). If I don’t have soy milk on hand, I use homemade almond milk.
